One to One Coaching
My coaching is supportive, kind and honest, but I won’t simply tell you what you want to hear.
Together, we’ll explore what’s really going on beneath the surface. What do you actually want? What is getting in the way? Which beliefs, behaviours or patterns are keeping you stuck? What needs to shift for you to move forward?
Sometimes the work is about a specific goal or decision. Sometimes it is about a bigger transition, a change in identity or a sense that the way you are living or working no longer fits.
There isn’t a fixed formula. I tailor the coaching to you and what you need, drawing on neuroscience, Positive Intelligence, Relational Dynamics and other evidence-based coaching approaches and frameworks.
The aim isn’t simply to understand yourself better. It’s to create meaningful change.
Good coaching can help you:
get clear about what you really want
understand what is getting in your way
recognise patterns that no longer serve you
challenge limiting beliefs and assumptions
make decisions with greater confidence
navigate transitions and changes in identity
turn insight into action
create lasting shifts in how you think, feel and behave

Consultancy
I provide consultancy to independent cinema and cultural organisations, drawing on 17 years of experience in the sector.
My work has included talent development, sector development, programme design, community engagement, strategy, evaluation and organisational development.
I can provide focused support around a particular challenge or work alongside an organisation over a longer period to help develop and deliver a programme or strategy.
Because I have worked both within cultural organisations and at a wider sector level, I understand the practical realities as well as the bigger picture. I bring an external perspective, but one grounded in experience of how creative and cultural organisations actually work.
Workshop Facilitation
I’m an experienced facilitator with 17 years of experience designing and delivering programmes across the creative and cultural sector.
I’ve facilitated training and development programmes, sector consultations, organisational development processes and conversations involving people with different perspectives, experiences and interests.
I design the process around what you need to achieve, rather than imposing a particular format.
That might mean a focused workshop to work through a specific challenge, a collaborative session to develop ideas, an open-space event that allows a community to set the agenda, or a consultation process designed to genuinely listen and learn.
My role is to create the conditions for useful conversations, make space for different voices, help groups navigate complexity and keep things moving towards a meaningful outcome.
I can facilitate sessions focused on:
decision-making and problem-solving
programme and project development
strategy and organisational development
community and sector consultation
collaborative planning
learning and development
exploring complex challenges
bringing different perspectives together

Helping groups think better, talk honestly and move things forward.
Support to understand where you are, where you want to go and what needs to change.
Shared challenges. Different perspectives. Collective insight.
Group Coaching
Strategic thinking, grounded in experience.

I run group coaching programmes around particular themes, challenges and goals.
Group coaching offers something that individual coaching can’t. You don’t just learn from the coach. You learn from the experiences, perspectives and insights of everyone in the room.
The group has a shared focus, while each person brings their own circumstances, questions and goals. Through guided coaching, reflection and conversation, participants can gain new perspectives on their own experiences while helping others do the same.
Group programmes can be particularly powerful for people who are facing similar challenges, navigating a common transition or working towards a shared goal.
